What a year… where has it gone. It seems like only yesterday we launched the boat.
And now- we are hauled out!
Captain Mike and Captain Jeff finished out the 2023 season in October with Sea Bass. The action was great for near shore fishing and short trips. Every angler saw some action and most caught dinner on a four hour trip.
The Old Grounds trips in September met the fierce fall weather of 2023, with eight consecutive weekends of wind and rain! ☔️
We will be trying these trips again in August and September of 2024. I predict a bigger response with the summer crowd. Here’s hoping the weather cooperates.
We are already booking for Drum season. We have four hour trips available and Captain Scott and Captain Jeff are working with Captain Bob and crew to have all the rods ready to rock. Did you know you can privately charter Miss Chris for a night if Drum Fishing for as low as $1800? More for weekends. That includes the bait and rods. Email us
